Benedicto Morales

Benedicto Morales has extensive experience in operations and project management within the construction and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Subgerente de Operaciones at Grupo Cbb since January 2017, Benedicto oversees the operations of the Teno Plant and Minera Rio Teno, focusing on safety, production, sustainability, and community engagement. Previously, Benedicto held various leadership roles in maintenance and engineering, as well as project management aimed at operational excellence. Benedicto also has a background in project management from SM Service Ltda, where Benedicto developed a construction project for a refrigeration and fruit packaging plant. With entrepreneurial experience as the owner and administrator of Constructora Rauco SpA, Benedicto's career includes financial and administrative management roles that highlight a strong foundation in human resources, accounting, and finance. Benedicto holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from Universidad Diego Portales.
