Jason Brown

Jason Brown is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Everest Medicines since August 2017. In addition, Jason holds dual roles as Operating Partner and Managing Director at CBC Group, starting in October 2016. Previously, Jason was a Partner at Thomas, McNerney & Partners from August 2007 to June 2016 and worked as an Associate at Forward Ventures from June 2003 to July 2007. Early career experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research and Development from 2000 to 2003. Jason earned a Ph.D. in Biology from UC San Diego and a B.S. in Molecular Biology/Biochemistry from Purdue University.
