Carl Ross has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Carl started their career in the US Navy as an Aviation Anti-Submarine Warfare Operator. Carl then worked as an Accounting Software Support & Trainer before co-owning and serving as VP of Sales and Technology at Advanced Payroll Plus. Carl later became VP and President of Bangor Payroll at Bangor Savings Bank. Carl also founded Ross Outdoor, LLC, which led to the formation of Rainwater Solutions and Maine Fuel Polishing. Carl has held the position of Vice President in Payroll & HCM at CBC National Bank and is currently serving as the President at RC ME INC, DBA Southeast Tank Services. In 2018, they also took on the role of VP in Payroll & HCM at SelectSource.
Carl Ross completed their General Studies Diploma at Calais High School from 1979 to 1982. Carl then pursued further education at Husson College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Accounting from 1987 to 1991.
