Renee Johnson has over 35 years of experience in mortgage banking, currently serving as Vice President of Mortgage Banking at CBC National Bank since February 2000. In this role, Renee specializes in mortgage origination, focusing on conventional, VA, USDA RHS, and construction/permanent loans, with a strong emphasis on compliance and underwriting. Prior to this, Renee worked at The Savings Bank of Beaufort County, FSB from August 1987 to February 2000, holding various positions including Mortgage Processor, Mortgage Closer, Mortgage Underwriter, and Mortgage Compliance, gaining comprehensive expertise in all aspects of mortgage lending.
