Wendy Owen possesses extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles across various industries. Currently serving as a receptionist at Retina Care Center since August 2013, Wendy handles patient interactions, appointment scheduling, and insurance referrals. Prior to this role, Wendy worked at CBC National Bank, starting in December 2007, where responsibilities included preparing RESPA documents and overseeing sales tracking. Wendy also held the position of team leader in the RESPA department while at the bank. Previous experience includes working as a senior processor at Madison Settlement Service and as a team leader and settlement officer at Resource Real Estate Services. Wendy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Towson University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Charles County Community College.
