Sally Mlikota is an experienced director and recruitment specialist with over two decades in the industry. Since 1999, Sally has served as the Director of CBC Staff Selection, where responsibilities include managing the strategic direction of the business and supporting a team of fourteen. Additionally, Sally has been an Advisory Mentor at Aussie Locums since June 2013, offering strategic direction and mentoring to enhance client and candidate services. Other leadership roles include serving as President of the Cairns Chamber of Commerce from March 2020 to March 2022 and Board Member of RCSA Australia and New Zealand from November 2017 to November 2019. With a background in international recruitment at Michael Page and a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Leicester, Sally is dedicated to helping individuals achieve successful careers.
