Ishfak Ahmed

Ishfak Ahmed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering, currently serving as a Product Manager for Audio & Video Platform Products at CBC since August 2015. In this role, Ishfak is responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing user needs, and ensuring alignment across teams to deliver industry-standard video streaming experiences. Prior to this, Ishfak held the position of Senior Developer at CBC, where key achievements included designing systems for automated media delivery and developing tools utilizing AI technologies from IBM Watson. Earlier experience includes roles at Celestica Inc. as an Engineering Associate, Smith Engineering PLLC as a Data Analyst, and the University of Florida's Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering as a Project Engineer. Ishfak holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, complemented by a certificate in Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management.
