Stephanie Allen, CST, FAST, CRCST, CIS, CHL, MBA, serves as a Healthcare Consultant at Aseptic Consulting since October 2019, specializing in Operating Room management, strategic planning, accreditation standards, and surgical technology program development. Allen is also a Surgical Technology Subject Matter Expert at CBD College and a Board Member for the Louisiana State Assembly of AST. Additionally, Allen has held various roles at St. Tammany Parish Hospital, including Sterile Processing Manager and Certified Surgical Technologist. Allen is a Surgical Technology Site Visitor for ABHES and a CST Review Committee Member for NBSTSA. Previous experiences include serving as an advisory board member at Slidell Memorial Hospital and as a Surgical Technology Instructor at Herzing University. Allen holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management and Human Resources from Herzing University, along with an Associate's degree and Advanced Certification in Surgical Technology from Delta College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saginaw Valley State University.
