Tom Lockard

Tom Lockard has extensive work experience in the risk management and litigation fields. Tom began their career at CBE Group in 2002 as a Collection Associate/Team Lead. In this role, they successfully recovered delinquent payments and assisted colleagues in improving their performance. Tom then moved on to become an Administrator in Compliance from 2006 to 2009, where they ensured regulatory compliance within the organization.

In 2013, Lockard joined CBE Companies as an Enterprise Risk Manager and Auditor, responsible for managing enterprise risk and conducting internal audits. Tom was later promoted to Litigation Manager, overseeing litigation processes and managing legal affairs for the company. Lockard then transitioned to the role of Litigation Management Director in 2019, where they played a key role in overseeing and strategizing the company's legal operations.

Currently, Lockard holds the position of Vice President, Enterprise Risk at CBE Companies, a role they assumed in April 2023. In this position, they lead the company's enterprise risk management initiatives and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Throughout their career, Lockard has consistently demonstrated their expertise in risk management, litigation, and compliance, making him a valuable asset to the organizations they have worked for.

Tom Lockard attended Oelwein Community High School until 1993. Tom then went on to attend the University of Iowa and the University of Northern Iowa, although the specific years and degrees obtained are not provided. In terms of additional certifications, Tom Lockard is an ERM Fellow after completing the program at NC State Executive Education in December 2023. Tom also holds the Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) certification from ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.
