Cherie Dugas

Cherie Dugas is the Vice President of Talent Management at cBEYONData, where Cherie drives strategic initiatives related to workforce talent development and organization culture. Cherie also served as the Director of Client Services DoD at Alta Via Consulting, LLC prior to their current role. Cherie has a background as a Principal Consultant, Director of Mentoring & Skills Management, Consultant at IBM, PWC Consulting, and Senior Financial Analyst at Delta Airlines. Cherie holds a Masters in Accounting from Tulane University and a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where Cherie was the Valedictorian of their high school class at Catholic High School.
