Donny Kuhlenbeck

Donny Kuhlenbeck has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Donny started their career in the US Army, serving as a Multi-Functional Logistician Officer from 1997 to 2002. Following their military service, they worked as a General Manager for Commander Products LLC, a start-up manufacturing/distribution company, where they played a crucial role in strategic business planning and operational procedures.

In 2009, Donny transitioned to the role of a Logistics Management Consultant at LMI, where they provided expertise in logistics management. After three years, they joined Carousel Designs as an Operations Director, leading all facets of the manufacturing process and critical supporting and logistical business operations for a B2C E-commerce Manufacturing Company.

In 2018, Donny joined Bluestem Brands, Inc. as a Senior Fulfillment Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 1.2 million square foot distribution center. Donny was also responsible for developing strategies and tactics to ensure fulfillment short- and long-term plans were met or exceeded.
