Arden Wessels is an experienced professional in operations improvement and engineering with a comprehensive background in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations Improvement at CBH Group since June 2018, Arden engages with frontline workforce and senior management to drive improvement initiatives. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement & Environmental Engineering Manager at Toyota South Africa Motors, where responsibility involved implementing management systems for business and environmental enhancements, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Arvin Meritor, overseeing production engineering and maintenance for a catalytic converter manufacturing plant. Arden's career began at Anglo American South Africa as a Production and Services Engineer, following completion of a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and earning the Certified Energy Manager credential from the Association of Energy Engineers.
