Jacky Connolly

Jacky Connolly is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Chief People Officer at CBH Group since January 2023. Previously, Jacky held the position of Vice President People & Global Capability at Woodside Energy from July 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included global talent management, employee relations, and corporate culture enhancement. Prior to that, Jacky was Human Resources Operations Executive at GE, overseeing HR shared services for the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Director at GE Capital and Brambles. Jacky holds a Masters Degree in OHS Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Commerce degree in Human Resources & Organisational Behaviour from the University of New England.
