Paul Leblanc

Paul LeBlanc is an accomplished leader in the healthcare and retail sectors with extensive experience in operational management and team development. Currently serving as Vice President of Eastern Canada at CBI Health, Paul oversees the readaptation and physiotherapy operations across several provinces, focusing on growth and client service. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Regional Director at VetStrategy, managing a network of veterinary clinics and hospitals and supervising nearly 1000 employees. Paul has also held senior operational roles at ARDENE, The Children's Place, Birks & Mayors Inc., Holt Renfrew, and Winners Homesense Merchants Inc., demonstrating a strong track record in achieving sales objectives and enhancing customer experiences. Educationally, Paul has completed studies in architecture and management, as well as leadership training, equipping Paul with a diverse skill set to drive organizational success.
