Gary Mills

Gary Mills has extensive experience in the accounting and professional services industry, with a career spanning from 1994 to the present. Mills began as a Manager at Gleeson, Sklar, Sawyers & Cumpata (now Plante Moran) before advancing to Senior Manager positions at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP and BDO USA, LLP. Afterward, Mills served as a Principal at FR&R from 2008 to 2015, followed by a significant role as an Assurance Partner at Marcum LLP, leading the Alternative Investments Group and the Broker-Dealer Midwest sector until November 2024. Currently, Mills is the Managing Director at CBIZ, Inc., following the integration of Marcum LLP into the company. Mills holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business, earned in 1993.
