Kathy Raffa is a retired Office Managing Partner at Marcum LLP, having previously presided over Raffa, P.C., a firm dedicated to the nonprofit sector that Kathy co-founded in 1984. Under her leadership, Raffa grew into one of the 100 largest accounting firms in the U.S., noted for its commitment to social impact and gender diversity, with a workforce consisting of over 65% women. Kathy has also contributed to various boards, including EagleBank and Levine Music, and continues to serve as a strategic adviser to Raffa Investment Advisers. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Accounting and Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
