Marina Davis

Marina Davis has a diverse work experience in various leadership and development roles. Marina is currently a Vice President of Organization Effectiveness at CBIZ since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Inc. as a Director of the Organization and Talent Development Group from 2016 to 2022. Marina also served as an Adjunct Faculty at Northwestern University from 2009 to 2020, and as the President of Tandem Consulting, Inc. from 1999 to 2017. Before that, they held positions at ADP as Director of Leadership & Organization Development and Director/Founder of ADP Leadership University from 1992 to 1999. Marina's earlier experience includes being the Director of Training and Development at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 1988 to 1992.

Marina Davis has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Restaurant Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Marina also holds a Hotelier Certificate from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland in Le Bouveret. Additionally, Marina has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Development from Northeastern Illinois University. Marina has obtained certifications in EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence) from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS), Assess 360 from Outmatch, and Hogan Personality Assessments. Marina is also certified in Myers-Briggs (MBTI) by The Myers-Briggs Company.
