Paula Barnett

Paula Barnett holds an MBA in Marketing from Dominican University, along with a BA in Psychology and a Business minor from the same institution. Additionally, Paula has obtained the CEBS designation in Employee Benefits and the AINS designation in Property & Casualty Insurance. Currently serving as an Account Manager at CBIZ since June 2024, Paula also has a long-term role as Communications Coordinator at St. Petronille Parish since September 1997. Previous experience includes positions at EIIA, where Paula progressed from Administrative Assistant to Assistant Director of Employee Benefits, and later to Associate Director of Employee Benefits from January 2021 to June 2024. Throughout the career, Paula has participated in project-based work for various teams, focusing on Property & Casualty, Risk Management, and Employee Benefits.
