Ajith Jayasinghe holds a BSc in Business Administration (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Postgraduate Institute of Management. Currently serving as Senior Manager HR at Rocell Bathware Ltd since July 2022, Ajith previously worked as a Visiting Academic at the Open University of Sri Lanka from June 2018 to May 2022 and as a Business Consultant and Trainer at 360 TED Consulting during the same period. With a passion for HR consultation and training young entrepreneurs and employees, Ajith specializes in enhancing people management knowledge and skills, helping individuals and organizations achieve their corporate objectives effectively and efficiently.
