Kenesha Karunarathna

Kenesha Karunarathna is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development at CBL Group since September 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at Sierra Cables PLC from August 2016 to August 2022, culminating in the position of Human Resources Manager. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kelaniya, a Master’s in HRM & Development from The University of Salford, and a Chartered Qualification in HRM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. Additionally, Kenesha holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Linguistics, Management, and Sociology from the University of Peradeniya, along with a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. Early education was completed at Mahamaya Girls College in Kandy.
