Michael J. Stanley

Michael J. Stanley is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in retail leasing and development. Currently serving as Senior Leasing Manager at CBL Properties since April 2019, Michael oversees multiple shopping centers, including Pearland Town Center and Mall Del Norte. Previously held the position of Senior Director of Real Estate at francesca’s®, where responsibilities included managing the growth of approximately 65 new boutiques annually across the United States. Prior roles include Vice President/Director of Real Estate at Jones Lang LaSalle, where Michael managed major retail accounts, and Retail Specialist at Bennett Williams Realty, where over 1.5 million square feet were successfully leased. Michael holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology from West Virginia University and the University of Maine.
