Nicole Burney

Nicole Burney, M.S., currently serves as the Director of Specialty Leasing & Advertising at CBL Properties since February 2017, focusing on developing gap leasing strategies to minimize vacancies and increase revenue across the portfolio, alongside managing CBL Properties Expo events. Previously, Nicole held positions such as Senior Corporate Specialty Leasing Manager and Specialty Leasing Manager, gaining extensive experience in income production, entrepreneurship, sales, and temporary tenant management. Prior to CBL Properties, Nicole contributed as a Social Media Manager at Chattanooga Flooring Center, Program Director for the Entrepreneurship Center at the Urban League of Greater Chattanooga, and Program Director for the Small & Minority Owned Business Assistance Program at Southeast Tennessee Development District. Nicole holds a Master's Degree in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
