Paige Coniglio has extensive experience in marketing and leasing, currently serving as the Local Leasing Manager and Marketing Director at CBL Properties since June 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing leasing and marketing initiatives for Mayfaire to enhance financial performance. Prior to this, Paige held the position of Marketing Manager at the Brunswick County Tourism Development Authority, focusing on marketing strategies to boost visitation across multiple municipalities. Additional roles include Senior Account Manager at Leoffler Ketchum Mountjoy, where marketing efforts were directed toward South Walton, Florida, and Marketing Manager for the Wilmington/Cape Fear Coast Convention & Visitors Bureau. Early career experience includes various roles at WECT TV, involving sales coordination, commercial production, and technical production support. Paige earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 1993.
