Mark Finan

Mark Finan currently holds the position of Tribunal Chairperson at the Mental Health Commission Ireland since November 2022 and serves as the Director and Chair of the Audit Risk Committee at CBM Global Disability Inclusion since September 2021. In addition, Mark has been a Director at CBM Ireland since June 2016, focusing on enhancing the lives of persons with disabilities in impoverished regions. As a barrister since October 2005, Mark also holds several directorial roles, including with Edmund Rice International from September 2016 to July 2023, and has contributed to the development of Dún Laoghaire Harbour Company from February 2014 to October 2018. Mark's academic background includes diverse qualifications from respected institutions such as Dublin City University and the University of Oxford, with a focus on ethics, law, and data protection.
