Elfreda Whitty

Elfreda Whitty is a Programme Manager for CBM UK with a strong background in disaster management and policy shaping. They previously held roles with Mary's Meals focusing on programme support and capacity building in sub-Saharan Africa and Liberia. Elfreda also has experience working with the WHO Regional Office for Europe on emergency preparedness and assessing health-system capacity. Their educational background includes a Master of Disaster Management from the University of Copenhagen, a MA in European Politics and Policy from KU Leuven, and a BA in Politics and History from the University of Strathclyde.
