Chris Isaacson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and market operations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Cboe Global Markets since March 2017, Chris oversees day-to-day operations, technology strategy, and project management to maintain Cboe's status as an innovative leader in the industry. Previously, Chris held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Cboe, contributing to the firm's growth as a premier technology provider. As a founding member of Bats in 2005, Chris played a significant role in its evolution into a major market player. Additionally, Chris holds leadership positions on several boards, including Chairman of the Board at Cboe Digital and former chairman roles at CBOE Futures Exchange and Cboe SEF. Chris has also contributed to academic institutions as an advisory council member at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Computing and Engineering. Chris holds an MBA in Computer Science and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a BS in Information Systems/Computer Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
