Svetlana Kachintseva

Svetlana Kachintseva is an accomplished technology professional currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Data Vantage Infrastructure/TechOps at Cboe Global Markets since February 2020. Previously, Svetlana held various leadership roles, including Director of Technology Infrastructure at Hanweck Associates, LLC, and IT Infrastructure Manager at Davidson Kempner Capital Management. Additional experience includes a Senior Project Manager role at EmblemHealth, where Svetlana managed the ICD10 project, and significant positions at Soros Fund Management, Robeco USA, and Weiss Peck and Greer Investment. Svetlana began the career as a Network Engineer at Ohio University. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science/Mathematics from Ohio University and a Master of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS."
