Vaishali Javeri

Vaishali Javeri has extensive work experience in the legal field, primarily focusing on the securities industry. Vaishali joined Cboe Global Markets in 2022 as SVP and Chief Legal Officer for their North American Securities division, where they are responsible for providing legal coverage and managing legal affairs for the company's U.S. and Canadian securities businesses. Prior to this, they worked at Credit Suisse from 2005 to 2022, serving as a Director and Senior Counsel. Vaishali also gained experience at Morgan Stanley as a Regulatory Counsel in their Institutional Securities Division from 2003 to 2005. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Associate General Counsel at Island ECN from 2000 to 2003. Vaishali began their career at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where they served as a Branch Chief in the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations from 1997 to 2000.
