Michaela Grüßing

Michaela Grüßing started their work experience in 2009 as a Vermittlerin im Arbeitgeberservice at Agentur Für Arbeit. Michaela then joined Dirk Rossmann GmbH in 2010 as an Ausbildungsreferentin until 2012. Since 2012, they have been working at CBR Fashion Group, starting as an HR-Manager and currently serving as an IT-Projektmanager.

Michaela Grüßing attended Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven from 2006 to 2009 and obtained a Diplom Sozialwirting (FH) degree in Sozialmanagement.

In addition to their degree, Michaela has also acquired additional certifications. In November 2022, they obtained the Fachkraft für Change Management (IHK) certification from thekey.academy. Furthermore, in September 2022, they received certification in Moderation mit der LEGO® SeriousPlay® Methode from the Institut für Persönlichkeit.
