Kym Varner

Kym Varner is widely respected in the PEO risk management space, excelling in underwriting, policy management, and problem-solving. Kym joined the CBR team in 2001. Kym began as an assistant to CBR’s in-house counsel before earning her certification in risk management and assuming responsibility for the Risk Management Department in 2003. Beginning with simple loss control initiatives, Kym’s department has developed into a highly efficient unit, acclaimed by clients and vendors alike. Helping clients find success and manage workers’ compensation costs through strong loss control, policy management, and claims management is the preeminent goal of the Risk Management Department, and as a result, CBR clients enjoy lower injury rates, decreased mods and discounted workers’ compensation rates.
