Jessica Harland

Jessica Harland currently serves as Senior Vice President at CBRE Canada, a position held since June 2021. Previously, Jessica held the role of Vice President, Debt & Structured Finance at Canadian Mortgage Strategies & Investments from March 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, Jessica was Managing Director at CMLS Financial, focusing on real estate finance, and also served as Manager of Multi-Unit Client Relations at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) from September 2009 to December 2017. With a strong background in mortgage insurance and extensive expertise in business development, client relations, and innovative financing solutions, Jessica excels in developing customized strategies to enhance client satisfaction and competitive positioning in the marketplace. Educational qualifications include a Real Estate Development Certificate from the University of Calgary and multiple certifications in property management and real estate finance from the Real Estate Institute of Canada.
