Justin Persaud

Justin Persaud is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in debt and structured finance within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Debt & Structured Finance at CBRE Canada, Justin has held significant positions at Fengate Asset Management as a Senior Manager and Manager of Debt in Real Estate, as well as at Laurentian Bank of Canada as Senior Manager and Senior Account Manager in Real Estate Finance. Prior roles include AVP at CMLS Financial and Commercial Account Manager at Equitable Bank. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration in Investment Management from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
