Matt Pendlebury

Matt Pendlebury is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in real estate financing solutions. Currently serving as Vice President and Team Lead of the Debt & Structured Finance Group at CBRE Canada since September 2017, Matt focuses on client relations and the origination of mortgage financing solutions, specializing in CMHC and conventional financing. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Vice President at Montrose Mortgage Corporation from July 1999 to August 2017 and served as Past President of the Nova Scotia Chapter at the Real Estate Institute of Canada from April 2008 to April 2013. Educational qualifications include a BComm in Marketing from Saint Mary's University and a CRF in Finance from the Real Estate Institute of Canada.
