Omar Nooristani

Omar Nooristani, CPA, currently serves as an Analyst in Debt & Structured Finance at CBRE Canada, where responsibilities include supporting real estate owners and developers in raising capital across all asset classes. Previously, Omar held the position of Senior Financial Analyst at Private Capital Group, focusing on sell-side advisory for investment properties. Prior experience includes serving as an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions at PwC Canada, where involvement encompassed mid-market M&A advisory, and as an Experienced Associate and Assurance Associate at PwC. Additional leadership experience includes the role of Vice-président interne with the Comité étudiant CPA de HEC Montréal. Omar completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at HEC Montréal and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation from CPA Canada.
