Tom Laumola

Tom Laumola is an experienced advisor at CBRE Denmark, specializing in commercial real estate transactions and tenant representation since March 2022. Concurrently, Tom co-founded and owns Riddarhem Fastigheter AB and served as the founder of TCL Engineering, focusing on consulting within the automotive industry. Prior roles include production technician at Elonroad, technical leader for Lund Formula Student, production engineer at Koenigsegg Automotive AB, and process engineer at Scania. Tom holds a Master of Science in Engineering, Land Management, and Surveying from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, complemented by a Gymnasieexamen in Industrial Technology from Mälardalens Tekniska Gymnasium.
