Damilola Ajayi

Damilola Ajayi is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in portfolio optimization, property leasing, and asset management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at CBRE Excellerate since June 2023, Damilola previously held the position of Senior Asset Manager for the PZ Cussons Real Estate Portfolio at Cushman and Wakefield | BROLL from March 2020 to May 2023. Damilola's career began with roles as a Real Estate Broker at Broll Property Group and as a Graduate Surveyor at Rotimi Fagbemi & Co., with early experiences as a Project Management Intern and an Estate Surveyor trainee. Damilola holds a Cert. in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics, a Master’s degree in International Real Estate and Management from the University of Glasgow, and a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management from Covenant University.
