Alain Bouskela

Alain Bouskela has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Directeur de Département Bureaux Pole Grands Projets at CBRE France since July 1994, leading a team of 20 collaborators in advising users and investors for office spaces exceeding 5,000 m² in the Île-de-France region. Alain has also held various positions at CBRE, including Senior Advisor for large office transactions and Director of Departments focusing on major retail and northern Île-de-France markets. Additionally, Alain presides over the NEOMA Alumni immobilier association, which comprises 250 members involved in the real estate industry. Alain is an alumnus of NEOMA Business School, where studies were completed from 2010 to 2013, and holds a Baccalauréat in Mathematics and Economics from Lycée Marie-Curie Sceaux.
