Thomas Avril

Thomas Avril is an experienced real estate consultant specializing in office spaces and large surfaces, currently working at CBRE France since July 2019. Prior to this role, Thomas served as an associate director at A.L.G transactions from April 2017 to June 2019, and as a consultant at fabel conseil between February 2013 and February 2017. Additional experience includes a role in land development at SEFRI CIME in 2011-2012, and a short internship as an assistant in operations assembly at LOTICIS in mid-2011. Thomas holds a master’s degree in Planning, Promotion, and Construction from ESPI and a bachelor's degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Advancia.
