Arielle Richardson

Arielle Richardson, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning at CBRE Government & Defense Services, where responsibilities include building the talent acquisition function for union and non-union workforces supporting federal contracts. Previously, Arielle held various roles at Staffing Resource Group, Inc., including Director and Senior Manager of Talent Experience, as well as Manager of Talent Experience, focusing on payroll processes and diversity initiatives. Arielle's experience also includes roles in payroll management at Pinellas County Government and Cunningham Lindsey, alongside earlier positions at Oasis. Arielle's educational background includes ongoing studies toward an Executive MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and prior degrees in management and project management from St. Petersburg College.
