Alina Plasencia

Alina Plasencia is a seasoned professional in real estate and business development, currently serving as the Regional Transaction Manager for Latin America at CBRE since January 2016. In this role, Alina oversees real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio, implementing strategies for property acquisition and disposal. Previous positions include Senior Associate at CBRE, where Alina focused on business development and client relations, and Director of Development Real Estate at the Institute for Child & Family Health, overseeing public-private land development. Alina's career also includes leadership roles at Intecsol Corp. and Innerhost, Inc., where strategic business growth and marketing were key responsibilities.
