David Gutiérrez

David Gutiérrez is a seasoned People Director, currently serving as the Spain People Leader for CBRE Project Management. With over a decade of experience in human resources, they have previously held positions such as Human Resources Director at Suaval and Head of Talent, Learning & Diversity at CBRE España. David has also worked as an International HR Business Partner at Transhotel and as an Executive Director at Qatar-Asturias, W.L.L. They have developed a strong focus on creating authentic corporate cultures and promoting employee adaptability across global contexts, informed by experiences in Europe, the Middle East, and America. David is pursuing a degree in Law at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
