David Sullivan

David Sullivan is the Managing Director of Asset Management at CBRE, where they lead various initiatives in equity and debt asset management. They have extensive experience in negotiations, valuation, and project management, having previously served as Managing Director at Trimont Real Estate Advisors, where they focused on asset management and business development. Prior to that, David worked as a Principal at Real Asset Ventures and began their career as a Credit Investigator at SunTrust. David holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia and a BSBA in Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
