Chris Winn

Chris Winn is a seasoned professional in asset management with extensive experience across various companies in the real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Boyd Watterson Asset Management since September 2021, Chris previously held the position of Director of Asset Management at EverWest Real Estate Investors from August 2019 to August 2021. Prior to that, Chris worked as an Asset Manager at Consolidated Investment Group (December 2014 - June 2019) and was involved in asset management at New York Life Real Estate Investors (February 2011 - October 2014). Earlier roles include Director of Finance and Operations at 1095 Market Street Holding, LLC (October 2009 - January 2010) and various positions at AMB Property Corporation, including Investment Officer and Development Associate (December 2003 - January 2009). Chris holds an MBA in Finance, Investment, & Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business (2000 - 2002) and a Bachelor of Science degree from UC Santa Barbara (1990 - 1994).
