Eva Wills

Eva M. Wills is the First Vice President at CBRE, where they have been instrumental in leading the Oklahoma Multifamily team since 2000. Prior to joining CBRE, Eva co-founded Mercury Properties, specializing in the acquisition and repositioning of multifamily assets. Under their leadership, the team has become the top multifamily investment team in Oklahoma, representing both institutional and private clients in the sale of over 400 properties totaling more than $1.7 billion in consideration. They possess significant expertise in selling distressed assets and have worked with various banks and government agencies in numerous transactions.
