Jeff Gerlach

Jeff Gerlach is a First Vice President at CBRE, where they specialize in providing strategic advisory and transaction services for rapid-growth technology, media, and entertainment companies. They have completed over 1,000,000 SF of sale and lease transactions valued at over $500 million, currently representing more than 350,000 SF of office space in beach communities. In 2013, Jeff received CBRE’s “Rookie of the Year” award and has consistently been recognized for outstanding performance since then. Previously, Jeff held positions at TBWA\Chiat\Day, Time Warner Cable Business Class, and was a co-founder and CEO of the Nativ Boardriding Company. They are currently pursuing a BS in Advertising from Pepperdine University.
