Jessica Cavett

Jessica Cavett currently serves as Vice President of Talent, Learning & Development for Corporate & Advisory Services at CBRE, where responsibilities include designing and implementing initiatives that enhance employee performance and engagement. Prior to this role, Jessica was Head of Global Talent & Organizational Effectiveness at Celanese, leading a team to improve employee performance and align contributions with business strategy in a global company. As Vice President of Talent Development at Pretium, Jessica built a shared service model across multiple organizations, while previously leading the Talent Center of Excellence at Texas Instruments, focusing on leadership development and talent analytics. Jessica also directed talent management at Baylor Scott & White Health, implementing strategies to increase engagement and retention. Academically, Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
