Jim Roman

Jim Roman currently serves as the Director of Property Management for CBRE in South Carolina, overseeing a portfolio of over 22 million square feet of commercial office, industrial, and retail properties while developing strategic business plans to expand market share. Prior experience includes leading property management efforts at The Sembler Company and operational oversight for a significant redevelopment project at The Mills Corporation. Additional roles as General Manager at The Rouse Company and Urban Retail Properties contributed to a comprehensive background in property management, including involvement in key openings such as The Streets at Southpointe. Jim Roman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business from the Virginia Military Institute, earned between 1989 and 1993.
