Kristen Crossman Fox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate research and analysis. Currently serving as Vice President and Retail Researcher at CBRE since June 2015, Kristen manages the company's internal multiple listing system for Manhattan retail and spearheads the quarterly Manhattan Retail MarketView report, providing valuable insights on market trends. Previously, Kristen gained experience as a US Research, Valuation, & Advisory Intern at Altus Group, where responsibilities included assisting in the generation of quarterly valuations for large property portfolios and utilizing ARGUS Software for cash flow modeling. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Real Estate Risk Management from Penn State University.
