Kurt Peterson

Kurt Peterson is an experienced professional in project and business management, currently serving as Senior Director - Program Manager at CBRE, where involvement in the Microsoft Campus Modernization Project is prominent. As the Owner of KPM Consulting LLC since 2005, Kurt provides management and operational services across various sectors. In addition, Kurt is the Managing Partner at KPMC Ventures, focusing on advisory and investment management for small businesses. Previous roles include Senior Director for the CBRE Providence First Hill Tower project, leadership positions at CBRE during Microsoft’s multi-billion-dollar campus upgrade, and experience as President of Bheestie & Company and CEO of Black Rapid Inc. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Boise State University and a Certification from the University of Washington's Business Master Program.
