Kyle Sals

Kyle Sals is a Sale Leaseback and Corporate Capital Markets Specialist with extensive experience in commercial real estate valuation and financial analysis. They began their career as a Sales and Delivery Associate at Culligan Water Conditioning and later took on roles at various organizations, including GEMSA Loan Services, where they excelled as a CRE Valuation and Financial Analyst. They served as an Associate - Capital Markets at JLL, before progressing to Director and then Senior Vice President at CBRE, where they currently apply their expertise in managing corporate real estate value. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
